Juniata River "kayaking"

It was a beautiful day on the Blue Juniata! Bette, Luke, Ken, Linda, John and Jim paddled from Howe Park to Ken's Beach today. Low water, low waves. If it gets a couple inches lower I will have to paddle elsewhere. One of us fell off his boat. The water level was about 3.82 feet at Newport. The trip took about 3.5 hours. The water temperature was about 27 degrees celsius. We also met Tony and Chris at Iroquois Falls. This was about a 7 mile paddle. This was our Father's Day Juniata trip!
