Newton Rapids October 10, 2003
My brother Bill and I did a short trip on the Juniata River today. We went through the Newton Rapids. I have never done that before. Earlier today I was at Whipple Dam State Park.

It was a another beautiful day on the Juniata River today!

We had a beautiful trip down the Blue Juniata River.

October 11, 2003.
The Susquehanna River gauge at Harrisburg was about 4.5 feet. Jim, Phil and Ruth paddled from Duncannon to Fort Hunter. We paddled in the Dauphin Narrows for about an hour. No pictures this trip.

October 15, 2003.
The Susquehanna River gauge at Harrisburg was about 4.3 feet. Jim, Phil and Shelba paddled from Halifax to Duncannon. We paddled through the channel on the right side of Haldeman Island. No pictures this trip.
