October 6, 2007 Susquehanna River "Dauphin to Fort Hunter." Tim and Jim went from Dauphin to Fort Hunter on today's kayak trip on the Susquehanna River. It was a hazy morning. The sun did not shine until near the end of the trip. It was still a beautiful day out there. I don't see how anyone could stand to miss something like this!! We were going to do a longer trip from Duncannon but since there were only 2 of us we decided to cut it short. We still managed to spend more than 3 hours on the water. The Susquehanna River gauge at Harrisburg was at 3.05 feet.
